Traditionally used by many Native Americans for its powerful healing qualities, recognised for centuries for its cleansing and purifying properties, used in cleansing rituals, ceremony, space clearing and its connection with sacred practices.

**USE**\- In a heat resistant incense holder/burner/shell. Take the smudge bundle and place onto the chosen incense holder, light the end of the wand using a naked flame, carefully blow out the flame and allow it to smoulder. You may as part of a ritual say prayers or chants whilst using your hand or a feather to gently guide the smoke or just leave it to fill a space with its healing aromas.
