# 13-Note Handmade Antara Bamboo Panpipes 16.5cm

**Peruvian Panpipes 15cm x 8cm - Sound of the Andes.**

Peruvian 13-note Antara bamboo panpipes are traditional Andean musical instruments. They consist of a series of bamboo tubes of varying lengths, each producing a different pitch when blown across the top. The 13-note arrangement allows for a range of melodies and harmonies. These panpipes, also known as "Antaras" or "Zampoñas," are handcrafted and used in various traditional Andean music, rituals, and cultural performances.

Panpipes are believed to have originated in the high Andes, with their sound echoing the gods' whistling in the mountains. Handmade and brightly colored.
