## **Chinchero Shaman Mestana Mesa Cloth – Sacred Andean Textile (New 2026 Design)**

This newly woven **2026 design**, lovingly named **“The New Fresh,”** symbolises emergence, balance, and the meeting of feminine and masculine energies. Its warm, vibrant tones carry both grounding strength and radiant uplift, creating a cloth that feels both ancient and newly awakened.

Created with ceremonial intention **by shaman for shaman**, this design holds the spirit and symbolic language of Andean weaving. While **not a lineage Q’ero cloth**, it carries a similar energetic resonance and is well suited for sacred altar and mesa work.

Fresh off the hand loom and never used in ceremony, it is beautifully finished, soft to the touch, and woven with fine alpaca yarn for a smoother, more refined feel.

**NB: You may occasionally notice very subtle variations or faint markings within lighter colour areas. These are natural characteristics of traditional plant dyeing and part of the cloth’s authentic handmade nature.**

A **mesa** or **mestana** is a sacred cloth used in prayers, blessings, and healing rituals to hold power objects and medicine stones. _Mesa_ refers to the plains, while _mestana_ reflects the high plains of the Andes — where sky, earth, and spirit meet.
