This Shamanic 4 Directions Wachala Inner Cloth (W006) – Purple is a sacred Andean inner textile traditionally used within mesa medicine bundles.

It is placed inside a mesa altar bundle to represent the inner world, while the outer cloth (Mestana) represents the outer world.
