Synthetic drum head History: 1- First was the Buffalo Drum, grey and white in colour Then came the new comfort sound technology in two drums: The Buffalo Comfort Sound Bahia, deep sounding earth drum and the Buffalo Comfort Sound Technology (CST) drum. Essentially similar with the CST drum with a slightly less deeper base and a wider tonal range
