The Sacred Space Prayer connects us consciously with our primal energies: Mother Earth and Father Sun and the four directions. They support us in our personal development. It is best to open Sacred Space before meditation, ceremony and work of healing.
How to open Sacred Space: First, face south and greet the direction with an open palm or clear intention to connect with that energy. Feel the prayer in your heart. Then face west, north and east. Touch Mother Earth with the palm of your hand and end by greeting Father Sun and the Great Spirit. When finished, close the Sacred Space, repeating the prayer, giving thanks.
