What is Rue (Ruda) Spray? Peruvian Ruda Rue Cleansing Spray - Rue is a negative remover. An old wife's tale; A bar of rue soap was tied on to the sole of each foot at night in time of sickness or belief to dispel and remove negative energies. The individual was cleansed whilst they slept or recovered from sickness.
