NB: Over time, essential oils and water may cause slight discolouration to the diffuser’s top cover. Replacement covers are often available if needed.

How to use: Just add water and a few drops of your favourite essential oils and aromatherapy blends.

Warnings: We advise you to empty and rinse the water tank of your diffuser and wipe it dry with a clean cloth every time you use a different type of essential oil. This is because essential oils, especially citrus oils*, may cause damage to the disc if left in the water tank. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. *Essential oils to take care with are: Bergamot, Citronella, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Neroli, Orange, Eucalyptus Lemon, Petitgrain, Lemongrass and Melissa. *All of our Aromatherapy Blends contain citrus except for De Stress and Vitality

To use, simply fill the diffuser with water and add a few drops of your favourite essential or fragrance oil. At the touch of a button, it emits a fine, cool mist of scented vapour, infusing the air with the gentle benefits of aromatherapy. Designed for daily self-care, the diffuser helps clear the mind, uplift the mood, and create moments of tranquil retreat.

The Gem Aroma Diffuser includes intermittent mist control, allowing you to gently fragrance your space without overwhelming the senses. A night mode enables use without light—perfect for bedtime or meditation. For added safety and peace of mind, the diffuser will automatically shut off when the water level is low, making it suitable for use around children and pets.



Maintenance: 


To ensure optimal performance, keep the Gem Aroma Diffuser clean and dry when not in use. The ceramic disc, central to the ultrasonic mist function, should be maintained regularly and may need replacing after approximately 3000 hours of use. Please note this is a wear-and-tear part and is not covered under warranty. Replacement discs are available and simple to install.

  • Orders: Orders made prior to 3:30pm are processed and shipped worldwide on the same day.
  • Tracking Information: CUSTOMERS, PLEASE MONITOR your parcel's location. All TRACKING DETAILS are included in the confirmed shipping email update, continuously updated within 24 hours of shipping until confirmed delivery.
  • Export Tax Charge Removed: EU & International Tax Duties are the customer's responsibility and must be paid locally. When purchasing goods, tax is automatically removed in the shopping cart when the shipping location is changed to a NON UK customer.

 

Regarding EU & International Customs Delays: Sometimes customers may experience delays due to 'Customs Checks,' which, unfortunately, are beyond our control. These delays may extend during busy periods.

UK & International Returns: For orders with Free Delivery on applicable items, that are returned, the shipping fee and any collection costs may incur a charge.

International orders may be subject to a 10% surcharge on refused, returned, and subsequently canceled orders. Customers can have parcels re-shipped, but may incur a charge.
