Serpent / Snake • Lower World
The Lower World is the realm of Earth, instinct, the body, roots and the deep wisdom found beneath the surface.

Serpent belongs close to the ground. She represents grounding, renewal, instinct and transformation through shedding what has completed its cycle.

Within this design, Serpent reminds us to begin with the Earth beneath us — grounded, embodied and connected to what is real.

Jaguar • Middle World
The Middle World is the world we live and act within — everyday experience, relationships, choices, challenges and the path we physically walk.

Within Andean cosmology, Condor is commonly associated with Hanan Pacha, the upper or celestial realm.

Eagle / Condor therefore represents vision, freedom, clarity and the ability to rise above immediate circumstances and see from a broader perspective.

Each rattle is handmade by Shipibo craftspeople using natural local materials including dried gourd, jungle seeds, wood, naturally dyed yarns, beads and feather details.

Purchased directly from Amazonian makers, these pieces retain the texture, individuality and soulful presence of genuine handwork.

No two rattles will ever be exactly alike. Differences in gourd shape, etching, seed tone, yarn, feathers and finish are part of what gives every piece its own character.
