How to Meditate with Crystals – Step by Step

Step 2: Cleanse Your Crystal

Step 3: Set Your Intention

Hold your crystal in both hands. Close your eyes and set a clear intention for your meditation — what do you want to experience, release, or receive? Speak it aloud or hold it clearly in your mind.
