A Gift With a Difference
To purchase a 'Gift Voucher' as a gift for another:
Gift Vouchers are sent electronically immediately on payment at checkout or on a specified date you request. Please make sure the purchaser email is correct and the intended recipient email address specified.
The voucher receipt goes to the 'Purchaser' and the 'Recipient' gets the chosen gift card email that you prepared showing the Gift card message, amount and how to redeem.
How to Redeem:
Recipient will receive the EGift Voucher to the email address given by the purchaser. They simply click the account link. They need to register an account in the same email address. When they register the account the 'Gift Amount' will automatically show in My Account Page. However it will be automatically show in the checkout stage of the basket.
FAQS: If for some reason the recipient does not receive an email. They can simply follow the same process registering an account with the recipient email address and the gift amount will be registered against this email address.
Recipient can choose to spend all or part or more of the allotted amount and the basket will offer to use the amount part or all allowing for further payment if goods choosen exceed the Gift Voucher amount.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.
If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.
Using your gift voucher is easy just enter your unique code at checkout. You may purchase more than one gift voucher at the same time.
