Bone china is the strongest type of porcelain: kaolin, feldspar and quartz are blended with ≥35% bone ash, giving it a fine, light body and a soft ivory tint. It’s fired at around 1250 °C, achieving excellent durability with a refined, delicate feel in the hand.
