The molten metal is poured and cut into circular discs, which are then heated to red-hot and hammered in layers by skilled Tibetan artisans.
The rhythmic beating process, repeated dozens of times, creates not only the shape of the bowl but also its inner voice — a tone that embodies the word Shanti itself.

Once the final form is achieved, each bowl is smoothed, chiseled, and polished to reveal its golden interior.

How to Play a Singing Bowl

1. Hold the Bowl: Rest it on your open palm, allowing it to vibrate freely.

4. Experiment: Vary pressure and speed to find different tones and harmonics.

The included striker is designed to suit the bowl’s mid-sized dimensions, creating bright, sustained tones.
