Care & Use: Light the tip of the incense cone, allow the top to glow hot for 4 - 8 seconds before blowing out the flame this allows the fragrance to release. Finally place the cone on top of the back-flow waterfall burner directly above the hole. ( Please see our range of back-flow units )

Safety: The cone is hot when lit so it is important to always use with caution. Keep the back-flow burner away from any flammable objects. Keep out of reach of small children and pets. Areas must be well vented opening windows and doors. Never leave unattended.

Which Incense Cone Should I Choose? Dhoop vs. Waterfall Backflow 

The primary difference lies in size, burn duration, and how the smoke behaves. Dhoop incense cones are smaller, stand-alone cones that are typically burned in a standard incense holder or outdoors. Waterfall (backflow) incense cones, on the other hand, are larger and generally burn for a longer period. How to use waterfall backflow and waterfall incense?

For best effects burn indoors in an area away from any sudden air movements in a well ventilated area.

Always place on a heat proof resistant surface to protect it.

Please note that after burning it is normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner, for this reason we recommend protecting any furniture it is placed upon suitably. The residue can be easily wiped off the burner with a damp cloth.

Please exercise caution when burning any incense keeping out of the way to children.

Only used waterfall backflow incense cones with a waterfall back flow burner. This is due to the mesmerising effect. Small Dhoop or normal cone incense can be used as normal from a incense burning bowl as the incense tends to rise first. Waterfall incense when paired correctly is drawn downwards before dispersing upwards.

How long will the Waterfall incense effect take to work?

It is normal for cones to take up to 10 minutes after being lit to start creating the smoking/mist effect.
